Fantastic News
In the eleventh hour, we received the paperwork that John was accepted into the Medically Dependent Children Program!! Such a relief. And now we can focus on the little man. We had all pre-op appointments on Friday and lo and behold it was Super Hero day. We saw Batman and Spiderman as well as my favorite super heros, the amazing people who help my son to live a normal, long life. John caught Zorro's eye and is now the proud owner of a fancy sword. John's day was fan-freaking-tastic! I love Medical City, they seriously know how to add a little fun into the lives of kids who have to go through so much.

I am SO THRILLED!!! Not sure which is better news - medicaid or the fancy sword from Zorro :0) So glad you are back to blogging - it is a living scrapbook of your family and one that can not be stolen or lost in a fire! Lots of prayers and thoughts coming your way tomorrow!!
