John did quite well on the drive down...my only complaint is that he throws his toys, pacis, lovies, sippies, etc, and then screams his head off. When will he learn?
Anyway, we arrived in one piece after lunch in Waco at the Cracker Barrell, John ate most of my veggie plate, including fried okra with ketchup! See, it is good with ketchup! John was very excited to see his Grammie and gave her tons of smiles, as well as sweet kisses, which he has only ever shared with me and Tate. It was very sweet.
Grammie allocated one drawer in her kitchen as John's and he spent most of his time here, despite the fact that I brought a whole tub of toys to keep him entertained.
Tate flew in late Friday afternoon and we enjoyed dinner at Cappy's for an early birthday celebration for Grammie.
Thank you Grammie for having us, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to see you again!
