Water Boy
John is definitely our little water boy, he loves it so much! Bath time is definitely a highlight of his every day. And the few swimming pool experiences we have had, have been so much fun for John. We even picked out a baby pool for our backyard, but with all this rain, it has been a huge pain to keep clean. I will tackle that tomorrow. Since the weather was finally nice (and hot), we decided to try out the spray park up the road today. John loved it, that is until 10 minutes after we get there, all the water mysteriously turns off. Figures, we wait until John gets a good nap, we strip him down and lather him in sunscreen, squeeze him into his swim diaper (we need to get the next size up, I think), grab the mosquito spray just in case, and head over for 10 minutes of pure baby bliss. It was totally worth it and we can't wait to do it again!
Surveying the scene, it was looking like John would just want to watch all the kids running around. And then he got a taste...
And couldn't keep his hands out of the water. It was pretty high pressure, and spraying all in our faces and up our noses. But that didn't phase him one bit.
